Food Done Right is a cooking show dedicated to teaching you that seemingly elaborate food doesn’t have to be difficult. Our goal is to show you that with a little bit knowledge and confidence cooking can be really enjoyable and not at all scary. We’ll teach why you should do something instead of just telling you to do it. We want you to learn how to cook, not just follow a recipe.

Caught this segment last night on Apple TV, and I truly enjoyed it. I like you casual, conversational style. I am also a big fan of cooking fish en papillote style. I like to make halibut with roasted tomatoes, fresh basil and a little balsamic vinegar. It comes out perfect every time. This version looked delicious. I'll have to try it soon.

I came across your website today, and what a blessing! I got a new job this past summer as a cook. I had previously come from a highschool cafeteria which is the world of pre-packaged food. I made sure I told my prospective employer this and he assured me they would teach me whatever I needed to know.

7 months later, no training! I have one coworker who went to culinary school and has taught me a lot. However, he has off today, and my boss is not one you can ask questions. Not only did you guys give a recipe, but the video was a plus!!

THANK YOU SO MUCH!! You are saved to my favorites and toolbar!

WOW! Thank you Jillian and Barry! I made this dish for my husband who is really the original "meat and potatoes" kind of guy. He won't eat anything that is too "off menu" of his traditional style foods like pot roast and baked chicken but this one he really enjoyed!

While this dish is elabrate (and yet very easy, just as your mission statement suggests for all your recipes,) this one went over extremely well to his very picky palate!

It is now a staple for special occasions and company! Thank you again for your website and such versitile recipes that make cooking so much fun to make and to watch being prepared!
